The Center for Innovative Teaching and Learning is committed to advancing equitable and inclusive teaching at IUB. The individual in this position will help our team develop resources and programming for IUB instructors and AIs on issues related to equitable and inclusive teaching, supporting student mental health, reducing bias in classroom settings, and more. Specific topics and assignments will depend on the individual’s expertise and interests. The ideal candidate will have knowledge/experience in the above areas, as well as teaching experience in higher education, although we will consider combinations of education and experience. The position may be partially remote, although some on-campus work may be required. $16/hour for 10-20 hours/week, depending on the individual’s availability. The position will be for the remainder of the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 semesters, with the potential for work in early summer.
