The Quad Fellowship is open to graduate STEM students from the four Quad countries – Australia, India, Japan, and U.S. – and the 10 Southeast Asian countries of Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam who will study in the U.S. full-time during the 2025-2026 academic year.
